K & K Thermoforming is a full-service custom thermoforming and fulfillment company located in central Massachusetts. We have been manufacturing protective packaging since 1984 and are continually improving our processes, technology, and facilities.

OUR FACILITY
At K & K, our clean rooms and strict quality control standards will give you peace of mind and ensure that all manufacturing will meet your standards.
In addition, our state-of-the-art thermoforming equipment and modeling software will provide the precision and quality you need to fit your product perfectly.
SUSTAINABILITY
Reduce: Our facilities use computer-monitored climate control systems to preserve electricity and maintain a constant environment. In addition, we participate in a volunteer demand-response program with our energy provider to provide load information to ensure power is distributed efficiently. We also thermoform a variety of sustainable materials such as BIO-PET and are constantly searching for new, environmentally-conscious films for testing and forming.
Reuse: We prioritize using post-consumer recycled material whenever possible–including PET made with a minimum of 50% PCR.
Recycle: K & K uses a grinder to recycle nearly 100% of raw material that is left behind by the manufacturing process, as well as stainless steel, aluminum, corrugated material, and more.
