PROTOTYPE
Our team can provide physical prototypes to help with testing and ensuring it's perfect for your product.

Single Cavity Prototype Mold: Allows for a short production run and can be made from polyurethane resin or aluminum depending on your needs.

3D Printed Prototype: Provides the shortest lead time and lower cost. Parts up to 10" x 8" can be printed from PLA, ABS, or nylon in layers down to 70 microns. This will not replace a prototype mold, but it can provide a quick proof-of-concept prior to committing to a more substantial prototype.
